Dine-N-Date works best when everyone participates fully. As a result, a 72-hour advance notice is mandatory for any dinner party cancellation. If a member fails to provide the appropriate cancellation notice on 3 occasions, the member may be restricted to group events. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that we observe a 3-strike rule to help ensure a fun and safe environment for everyone. If a member receives 3 substantiated complaints regarding their behavior, that membership may be revoked immediately. No refunds are provided and the remaining membership time may be forfeited.

Dine-N-Date may use member photographs taken at events for sales and promotional purposes. Members who object to being photographed should inform the photographer at the event. By becoming a member you irrovcably grant permission to Dine-N-Date.com, its employees and agents, to take and use visual/audio images.Visual / audio images include photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, voices, sounds, video recordings, audio clips or accompanying written descriptions. Dine-N-Date will not materially alter the original images. The images may be used in any manner or media without notification and members waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with them. This releases Dine-N-Date and its employees and agents, including any firm authorized to publish and/ or distribute a finished product containing the images, from any claims, damages or liability.

In order to expire or inactivate membership, a written request is required.
